Andrew McMorris Foundation Gala Honoree

Brendan Ahern was honored at the Andrew McMorris Gala on 9/30/22. He was the prosecuting attorney against the drunk driver who took Andrew’s Life.

I am Humbled by this Honor

I was one of two honorees this year at the 4th annual Andrew McMorris Foundation Gala, which was held on September 30th at The Suffolk Theatre in Riverhead. Dorothy “Dot” Young, an Executive Board Member of The Boy Scouts of America was also an honoree. Thank you all for your kind words and thank you to everyone for your tremendous support. It was a very nice honor to receive, made far better because it was shared with all of you and my family.

I will continue to support Andrew’s family and the tremendous work of AMF, as they have done so much in such a short period of time, to not only honor and remember Andrew, but to turn grief into action and make sure that this type of tragedy never happens again.
